These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KLYX Bundler Shopify application ("App" or "Service") provided by KLYX ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KLYX.
2. Description of Service
KLYX Bundler is a Shopify application that provides:
- Volume Discount offers — tiered quantity price breaks on products and variants.
- Fixed Bundle offers — curated multi-product bundles sold at a fixed discounted price.
- Buy X Get Y offers — BOGO-style offers with configurable gift products.
- Mix and Match offers — pick-any-combination discounts across a collection.
- Spend X Get Y offers — cart spend threshold rewards.
- Build Your Own Bundle offers — customer-assembled bundles from merchant-defined add-ons.
- A storefront widget delivered via a Theme App Extension, requiring no theme code edits.
- A native discount engine built on Shopify Functions that applies offers automatically at checkout.
3. User Responsibilities
- Offer configuration: Ensuring the products, collections, discount values, and thresholds you configure for each offer are correct before publishing.
- Theme widget placement: Adding and positioning the Bundler app block in your theme editor so offers display correctly to shoppers.
- Compliance with Shopify ToS: Using the App in a manner consistent with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement and Merchant Terms of Service.
- Account security: Maintaining the security of your Shopify store credentials and admin access.
4. Pricing and Payment
- The App is currently free to use for all stores while it completes Shopify App Store review and early access.
- If paid plans are introduced in the future, billing will be handled entirely through Shopify's billing system via the Shopify Billing API. We will not directly collect or store payment information.
- Any future paid plans will be month-to-month and cancellable at any time from your Shopify admin billing page, with advance notice given before any charge is introduced for existing users.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- KLYX is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or business arising from service outages, discount configuration errors made by the merchant, or third-party infrastructure failures (Shopify, hosting providers).
- You are responsible for reviewing offer configurations (products, pricing, thresholds) before publishing — the App applies offers exactly as configured.
- Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 30 days (currently $0, as the App is free).
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Service Availability
We target high uptime for the App but do not provide a guaranteed SLA. Maintenance windows and third-party outages may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
8. Termination
- By you: Uninstall the App at any time from Shopify Admin → Apps. All your store data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage, or cause harm to our systems or other users.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
