What does KLYX Bundler do?

It adds volume discounts, fixed bundles, Buy X Get Y, Mix and Match, Spend X Get Y, and Build Your Own bundle offers to your Shopify store — all configured from one embedded dashboard, with no developer or theme code edits required.

Is KLYX Bundler free?

Yes. The app is currently free to use for every store while it completes Shopify App Store review. If paid plans are introduced later, any offers and settings you've already configured will continue to work.

Do I need to edit my theme's code?

No. The storefront offer widget is delivered as a Theme App Extension block — you add it through the theme editor's drag-and-drop interface, just like any other Shopify app block. No Liquid, no manual code edits.

What's the difference between Volume Discount and Mix and Match?

Volume Discount applies tiered price breaks to a single product or variant based on quantity purchased. Mix and Match lets customers combine any products from a chosen collection and unlocks the same tiered discount once they hit the quantity threshold — great for "build your own 6-pack" style offers.

How does Buy X Get Y work?

You define a qualifying purchase (e.g. buy 2 of a product) and a reward — a free or discounted gift product. You can scope the qualifying products manually, by tag, or by collection, and choose the discount applied to the gift (free, percentage off, or fixed price).

Can I run multiple offers at the same time?

Yes — you can create and activate as many offers as you like across all 6 offer types simultaneously. Each offer is scoped independently to the products, variants, or collections you choose.

What discount types are supported?

• Percentage off (%) — e.g. 15% off the bundle or qualifying items.
• Fixed amount off ($) — a flat dollar amount knocked off the total.
• Fixed unit price ($) — set an exact price per unit, overriding the regular price.
• Free (100% off) — used for BXGY and Spend X Get Y gift products.

How are discounts actually applied at checkout?

KLYX Bundler uses Shopify Functions — small WebAssembly programs that run natively inside Shopify's checkout and cart discount pipeline. This means discounts calculate server-side and apply automatically, with full compatibility with Shop Pay, native checkout, and Shopify's discount stacking rules.

Will this work with my theme?

The storefront widget requires an Online Store 2.0 theme (any theme built on sections and app blocks — this covers the vast majority of current Shopify themes). Legacy vintage themes without app block support are not compatible with the widget, though the discount engine itself still works at checkout.

Does the app slow down my storefront?

No. The widget is a lightweight vanilla JavaScript web component with no heavy framework dependencies, and the discount calculation happens server-side via Shopify Functions — not in the browser — so there's no added checkout latency.
