1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chant Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of Chant Flow.

2. Description of Service

Chant Flow is a free Android application developed and maintained by KLYX. The App provides japa meditation tracking, mantra counting, Mind Bell reminders, and cloud sync for personal spiritual practice. The App is provided at no cost and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@klyx.agency if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Chant Flow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our permission.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or its servers.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's servers or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

Chant Flow, including its name, design, code, features, and all related content, is owned by KLYX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain full ownership of your personal practice data — your chant counts, track names, session history, and any other data you create within the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Supabase, Firebase, and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. KLYX makes no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KLYX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KLYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Because Chant Flow is a free application, KLYX's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App, which is zero (₹0 / $0).

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by submitting a request at /apps/android/chant-flow/delete-account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
